Yes, therapy is confidential, and your privacy is protected by law and professional ethics. Your therapist will not disclose anything you discuss in therapy without your consent, except in certain legal exceptions, such as if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if there’s suspected abuse or neglect of a vulnerable individual. Your therapist will explain the limits of confidentiality during the first therapy session.

All clients are seen after making an appointment via website. Click on book an appointment, choose your preferred slot and make a payment. We will receive an email for booking an appointment. We will contact you within 24 hours of making appointment via Email or WhatsApp number provided at time of booking.

In case of cancellation, the client must update at least 24-48 hours prior, in that case rescheduling of the session can take place with mutual discussion between client and therapist according to the availability. If not informed prior, no refunds will be made afterwards and on missing your appointment. Also, no rescheduling would be done, it will be counted as complete session as our therapist book a slot for you and it would get emptied if sudden cancellation takes place.
